My name is Andy and I have been living in Spain for over 30 years. I speak fluent Spanish and Catalan and have some much more limited knowledge of French and German Our family friendly attic sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are mountain views from all rooms. We'll be happy to answer any of your questions about the house, local activities and surrounding area. Within 20 minutes there are 2 ski resorts, Baqueira Beret and Espot, a few kilometres further afield are the resorts of Tavascan and Port Ainé The stunning national park of Aiguestortes is just a 25 minute drive with its magnificent scenery and hiking trails. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the area and Esterri d'Aneu makes a great starting point. There are plenty of water sports available including rafting, kayaking, canyoning, river boarding, paddle surfing - all these within a 20 minute drive. You can also go horse riding, quad riding and find outdoor pursuits like paint balling and archery. Right next to the property there is a children's playground.

Right next to the property (viewable from the balcony) there is a municipal 5 a side football pitch, padel court and children's playground. The centre of the village is just a 5 minute walk away, a charming stroll along by the river. In Esterri you'll find 3 supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants, banks and general stores.
