Fiframar - Encanto de Cala Conta combines the look of a traditional island finca with cutting-edge technological equipment to ensure comfort and charm. The gated property includes 24,800 square meters, designed as a Mediterranean garden with an exotic corner around the Balinese pavilion and a large infinity pool (16x15 m) with parasols, sunbeds and outside showers. A gymn fully equipped with sea view . Both the main villa (850 sqm) and the guest house (100 sqm) are fully air-conditioned (summer-winter), offer large and bright spaces thanks to large windows and terraces for over than 250 sqm. The porch facing the garden is a magnificent area to relax and dine (a cople of barbecues are there) al fresco in front of sunset over the sea and the islands of Cala Conta. Some complimentary bottles of wine are in the kitchen. Inside, a living room with TV area, a second living room with fireplace and computer corner, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. A cinema room is in the basement with internet connection, Netflix, etc. The night areas include 8 rooms with private bathrooms. Showers and a hot tub. Baby-cots are available. SAT and cable TV, free WiFi and 3 safety deposit boxes.
Cala Conta is among the most famous beaches on the island for the view and the several little secluded coves. Anyway the area is strictly residential and very calm, especially in the night. The closest bars and restaurants are near the sea, around 800 m away. The closest little supermarket is 3 Km, San Antonio is 5 Km and the airport is 21 Km from the villa.
