Important information: Finca Biniparrell Vell is located in a rural setting with surrounding areas dedicated to agricultural activity, which is part of the charm and essence of an authentic Menorcan estate. Occasionally, the farmer responsible for the property may access the surrounding areas of the estate to carry out the usual agricultural tasks. These visits are limited to the agricultural areas outside the private guest areas and the house itself, and they do not interfere with guests’ privacy or their enjoyment of the accommodation and its facilities.

For groups consisting of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holidays, the Pentecost Festival, and for stays between 15 June and 30 June, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person. The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, following an inspection of the property, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
