De Tuut Recreation BV offers various rental accommodations in Spain for different target groups.Spain has a huge coastline and many Costa's. The best known are the Costa Brava in the North, the Costa Blanca in the middle and the Costa del Sol in the South of the country. We rent our accommodations on the Costa Blanca and to be a little more specific the Costa Blanca North.

Property info

The house is located on a mountain with beautiful  views over the valley; to the east you can see the magnificent MontGo mountain and Javea and in the north/west you can see Denia and the sea. While sitting on the spacious covered terrace (naya) having BBQ dinner or just fiddling, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. This piece of art displays itself every evening, over and over again.  The house has a spacious private pool (8mx4m),  airco, a fully equiped modern kitchen, wifi (Spanish speed), a TV  with many channels  (including all Dutch channels),  a garage, washing machine  and bluetooth soundspeakers to enable dancing while fixing tapas in the kitchen.

Neighborhood info

The Costa Blanca North stretches from the beautiful coastal town of Alicante to the picturesque seaside, fishing, and port town of Denia. By car, you are then an hour away and have passed the coastal towns of Villajoyosa, Finestrat, Benidorm, l'Albir, Altea, Calpe, Benissa, Moraira, and Javea.The region is known for its amount of national parks, mountain landscapes and valleys and is praised for its healthy Mediterranean climate with mild winters and not too hot summers. Besides the many seaside resorts and beaches, the inland areas are well worth visiting.
