The back door of the house offers direct access to the surrounding hills and is within walking distance of the Vía Verde del Noroeste (Northwest Greenway). This trail, which connects the University of Murcia to Caravaca de la Cruz, is a converted former railway line complete with its original tunnels, perfect for walkers and cyclists. University of Murcia: Located just 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car (3 km). From there, you can catch the tram to reach downtown Murcia or the main shopping district. Shopping Centers: The modern commercial hubs of Nueva Condomina, Thader, Ikea, MediaMarkt, and El Tiro are a 10–15 minute drive away. These recent developments offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and cinemas, and are also home to the Real Murcia football stadium. Local Shopping & Leisure: For a closer, more intimate shopping experience, the Vega Plaza shopping center is just 10 minutes away by car (7 km). It features a Mercadona supermarket and 2 hours of free parking. This is a great opportunity to visit Parque de la Compañía in Molina de Segura, which boasts a large children's playground, as well as Paseo Rosales, a pedestrian street packed with shops and ice cream parlors. Murcia City Center: Located 10 km away. Its rich historical and artistic heritage features the famous Cathedral—with its stunning Baroque facade and mainly Gothic interior—the historic Casino with its sumptuous rooms, an impressive collection of sculptures by Francisco Salzillo, and numerous Baroque buildings. Culturally, the city is renowned for its vibrant folklore, which shines during the Spring Festivals and the Holy Week processions, both declared of International Tourist Interest.
