The property includes 500 squared metres, with two kitchens, three dinning room (2 indoors and 1 outdoors), five double bedrooms, two living-rooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. The house is surrounded by 7.500 squared metres where you can enjoy the sunny and pleasant Majorcan weather with several terraces with all the furniture to have a meal, sunbathe or chill, a private swimming pool, a grass football court, table tennis and much other activities. Son Moix neighbourhood is ideal to go hiking or cycling, enjoying of the vineyards and the emblematic mountains of the area. Manacor, the closest town, is 2 kilometres away. There you can find supermarkets, a lot of restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as the Rafa Nadal Academy with its Museum Xperience. In 20 minutes by car, there are several of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, as well as golf courses.

My mother used to live in the villa but she decided that it was too big just for her so she moved to the town. Since that moment we start our experience in hosting tourists and we are completely dedicated to our guests.
