The property features two outdoor dining areas: one next to the garden and barbecue, perfect for lively lunches, and another more private and sheltered, ideal for quiet dinners. Inside, guests will find bright and comfortable spaces, with bedrooms equipped with air conditioning to ensure restful nights, plus free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Its location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk from Alcudia’s historic center, with charming streets, restaurants, and bars, and only 15 minutes walking from Puerto Alcudia beach, one of the island’s most beautiful and extensive beaches. Supermarkets and services are also nearby, making your stay practical and convenient. The tourist tax must be paid prior to arrival through an external payment link. Guests under 16 years of age are exempt.
