Another thing that makes this complex truly unique is its westward orientation, which allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets on the beach thanks to the curve of the coastline at this point, forming a bay. The complex has a concierge, gardener, and maintenance manager on duty year-round, both in winter and summer (in fact, he lives there). The waters off the beach are generally calm (thanks to the cove formed by the coastline), and the wind is usually gentle. Els Molins beach is one of the top kitesurfing spots for miles around, and when the Levante or Mistral winds blow, it's common to see dozens of kitesurfers flocking to this beach. Cycling is also very popular in the area, as evidenced by the large bike shop located just 500 meters away, which offers sales, repairs, and rentals.
