Luxury seafront apartment with beautiful views of the island’s capital bay. Newly renovated, decorated in detail with all the comfort you may need to feel that Lanzarote is a dream place. It has 2 rooms with independent bathrooms, equipped kitchen and large living room. Located in a privileged place, on the main avenue near shops, Banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and next to the beach. Wifi by fiber, perfect for home working. There is a 24h private Parking just in front.
