With 105 m², the apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a 1.8 x 2 m bed. The second bedroom also has a 1.8 x 2 m bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a desk and a sofa bed, making it perfect for remote work. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing for a total capacity of six people. However, for longer stays, we recommend hosting four guests due to the sofa beds. The building, constructed in 2021, is brand new and boasts a modern and elegant design. Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), a washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV with channels in multiple languages. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. We provide fresh bed linen and two towels per person for your convenience.
