The Flats Friends Torres Quart building is made up of 6 apartments: 2 "1-bedroom apartments", 2 "2-bedroom apartments", 1 "1-bedroom apartment with terrace" and finally 1 "2-bedroom apartment with terrace". The client can select the type of apartment that best suits their needs (number of rooms, with or without terrace, etc.). This security deposit will be refunded provided the apartment is left in good condition (tidy, nothing broken, etc.) and if no noise complaints are received from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings (at any time, but especially between 10 pm and 10 am).
