Moll Company is located in Palamós and we offer our services in Costa Brava, Girona city, Manresa and La Cerdanya. We manage tourist rental properties, and we are also a real state. We are a young team passionate about their enterprise and offering a good experience to our tenants.

Property info

Apartment 5 minutes from the beach, with sea view from the balcony and from the main bedroom. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a bedroom with a bed of 1'60m with outdoor window and wardrobe. Another bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe, with indoor window. And a third bedroom with a bed and indoor window. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, hair iron and a bidet built into the toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area. The kitchen has been renovated a few months ago, has a fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. The dining room has a table for 6 people and a sofa with Smart TV. You can go out to the balcony from the dining room. There is a fan in each room. In the same building you will find parking for a small/medium car. The building is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, there are some stairs before reaching the elevator.

Neighborhood info

Super centric apartment in the Costa Brava, you can access anywhere on foot without having to use the car. You can go to the market, to the main street, to dinner and have a drink, you will find everything within 5 minutes' walk. The closest beach is Platja Gran de Palamós but you can also go to La Fosca or go to Sant Antoni de Calonge.
