Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

This modern, immaculately maintained complex is just a 5 minutes walk to the hub of the port area of Javea, La Grava beach front and marina, with its tasteful restaurants, bars and shops. There are also bars and restaurants in the immediate locality. Floridamar has been tastefully designed with wide walkways, a large communal pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a jacuzzi, all bordered by a sizeable green lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees, providing shade and a relaxing ambience. As soon as you enter the apartment a sensation of space is apparent. The hallway, the length of the apartment, leads to a spacious kitchen and utility room, three roomy air-conditioned bedrooms - one en-suite, a large lounge with dining area and covered terrace. The historic old town is also nearby and the popular Arenal sandy beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes away by car, or a 15-20 minute walk. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen minute radius. Important Information 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31 nights or more receive a special long-stay discount. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A utilities prepayment will be required, and the final cost will be calculated based on actual consumption. Any unused amount will be refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: According to Spanish law, guests staying more than 10 days must sign a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract.
