The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating and air conditioning (to be switched off when not in use), a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area featuring a covered terrace and a balcony with garden furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Guests are urged to respect other residents in the building and avoid excess noise. Only the guests in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Bicycles are not permitted to be stored inside the apartment. Instead, they may be kept on the rooftop, which is accessible with a key. Please note that the rooftop is not sheltered from the weather. The property features a security/alarm system that includes 2 photosensors located in the living room that activates during a break-in or unauthorised entry. The photosensors will be blinded/disabled during a guests' stay by sliding down the built-in blind of the lens. Please notify the homeowner as soon as possible if there is any damage caused to the property. Guests are asked to follow the correct rubbish and recycling rules.
