The property is situated in the surrounding hills 5 mins drive from Ortigueira where it overlooks Ortigueira port village,tidal river estuary,ocean and beyond "Cabo Ortegal.It is a Tranquil place ideal for people who feel the need to slow things down relax and de stress. The property itself was a total ruin when I bought it since then I proceeded with my restoration plans to complete The Cabaña and the Farmhouse. The property Dates way back the fist part being built over 250 years ago. It has two wells for water supply.One is the original 11 meters deep and the other a new one 86 meters deep.Both providing excellent water for drinking. The Cabaña is Ideal for couples and has its own private patio with acess to the comunal patio where you will find the best views. It also has underfloor heating a log burner and a fully fitted kitchen.The property has wifi too. The Farmhouse is ideal for at most 4 people. It has a double bed upstairs and a double sofa bed down stairs.Fully fitted kitchen and boasts to have the best views of tidal estuary .It has its own small patio and then further in front the comunal area.

Somewhere I could have a go at growing more of my own food where I can connect with nature and enjoy life to the full.Galicia is a wild place with amazing beaches and waves to satisfy my passion for surfing.
Situated in a stunning part of Galicia where you can enjoy ocean or river scenery in the space of half an hours drive plus all the joys of eating wherever you go!If you are the type of person that loves seafood and fresh fish the quality here is impecable. Also if you prefer a good slice of Galego cow you have the option.Best of both worlds on the coast. I would love to offer any walking guidance ,ask upon arrival and you will be informed of the walks available,from river to ocean,again you have the best of both worlds. In season there are guided wild mushroom I.D courses and survival skills workshops. The wilds of Galicia offer so much for the wild at heart.
