Enjoy this newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment blocks away from the beach. There is restaurants, cafe’s, grocery stores, gift shops, and a numerous amounts of stores just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Gated for your own private entry ; perfect for a couple that wants to enjoy the beauty of Lanzarote without having to drive unless going to tourist attractions in the north. There is a community pool and tennis court 1 min walk away from the home open to all residents of this exclusive neighborhood. ***This a private apartment, it will be self check-in. Just a reminder, this is not a hotel, there will be not receptionists, but we will be more than happy to help you with any inconvenience or request at any time.
