The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people respectively. Most of the bedrooms have single beds. Some have double bed. Living rooms are provided with wither sofa bed or two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom (some with a bathtub, others with a shower) and amost of the apartments have a glazed terrace. Outdoor, seasonal community pool and community car park subject to availability. The safe and air conditioning are optional at an additional cost. The apartments are located in a complex of two buildings with two towers each and an independent entrance for each tower. They are all in two parallel blocks, 800m from Levante Beach. As it is a group of apartments, a specific floor cannot be guaranteed, but we take note of our customers' preferences.

The breakage deposit may be affected by noncompliance with the rules of conduct of the community: not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the trash or losing the keys, among others.
