Property info

A splendid apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with capacity for 5 people, located in the exclusive urbanization Val de Ruda, at the foot of the slopes on the Cota 1500, awaits you to enjoy a carefree vacation. It is a comfortable 75 m2 apartment on one floor, it is composed of 1 living room with a fireplace, a dining room with an American kitchen fully equipped with the best qualities and with a small garden area where you will access from the same living room. Through the corridor we access the main bedroom, with a 150cm double bed, for 2 people and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed for 3 people. This bedroom has a complete bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The apartment has a parking space with a ski storage closet in Val de Ruda, from where you can directly access the cable car by elevator. The mountain and cozy decoration is of the best quality, they will be at home enjoying an afternoon in the living room, a dinner with family or friends or resting.
