Welcome to our amazing new apartment! This apartment is located in the new residence in Orihuela Costa — 7-minute drive to the beautiful and “blue-flag”-clean La Zenia beach, 3-minute drive to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center and 3 Golf Courses: Villamartin Golf, Campoamor Golf and Las Ramblas Golf. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and a private underground parking. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and has all amenities needed for an amazing stay! The apartment is located in a private gated complex. An outdoors heated swimming pool with a nice green view is available on premises. There is also SPA area with indoors pool for colder days, sauna and gym. Private underground parking will be available to you during your stay. The residence is surrounded by green area. The apartment is very sunny and is facing the gardens and residence SPA area. There are two foldable working desks available for free if you plan a longer "Work From Home" stay (let us know if you need them). Fiber internet provides WiFi speeds of ~150-200Mbps and ~500-600Mpbs wired LAN (cable not provided).

We are a small family who love this apartment and would like to help our guests feel at home when we are away. La Zenia is a very lovely, family-friendly place. With many beaches nearby, golf course, casual entertainment, it is perfect for a relaxed vacation! We hope you enjoy your stay at Green Hills Nest!

Orihuela Costa is nice to explore by bicycles - beach rides, canal rides or just grocery and shopping - we are happy to provide two city bikes for you during your stay at a huge discount.
