South facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. The lounge and master bedroom look out onto lush, excellently maintained, beautiful gardens. The garden area is bathed in sunshine for the vast majority of the day and the large swimming pool is just a few steps away. Wonderfully private, with a large terrace that wraps across the front of the lounge and master bedroom. Perfectly located inside the security gated private Roda Golf & Beach Resort The apartment is very generous in size and there is air conditioning throughout the apartment. The apartment has gas central heating which provides instant hot water and also heats the apartment in the cooler winter evenings with every room having its own radiator. Underground private car parking space. It's also very easy to park a few seconds away from the apartment front door. The lounge / dining room has a 55 inch Smart TV purchased in 2024. Kitchen contains all the normal kitchenware including toaster, kettle, microwave etc Bath towels are provided. The only towels you need are for the beach. All bed linen is provided. Master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table.
Roda Golf & Beach Resort has; a wonderful 18 hole golf course, putting green, chipping green, driving range, and an excellent gym which are all an easy 5/10 minute walk from the apartment. The golf course is a par 72 course (6,177 metres), with extensive, undulating greens and strategically placed bunkers, together with three large lakes, provide entertainment and excitement at every turn. Considered to be one of the best courses in Murcia. There are a further 16 golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the apartment. The apartment is a 1 minute drive (5/10 minute easy stroll) away from the typical Spanish village of Roda, which has a supermarket, hairdressers and three bars & restaurants. Bus service operates from Roda village directly to Los Alcázares which has over 100 bars and restaurants covering all cuisine from typical Spanish to Indian and Chinese etc. One exceptional area to visit in the north (Los Narejos area) of Los Alcázares is known as "The Square" because this has lots of bars/restaurants in one area. Beaches: There are a total of 7 wonderful beaches, just 5 minutes drive from the apartment, with the opportunity to do many different water sport activities.
