Plus Fariones Habitat is the result of the work of artists and designers from Lanzarote. The complex is located less than 50 metres from the city beach Playa del Reducto and consists of 12 modern holiday apartments, all with unique views of the Marina of Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote and the cultural heart of the island. Moreover, after a day of visits or a day at the beach, what could be more enjoyable than relaxing on the sun terrace on the roof of our complex? Enjoy magnificent views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets.

Arrecife, located a maximum of 30 minutes by car from all the tourist attractions of the island and is the ideal destination to combine perfectly silence, sun, beach and the charms of the cultural heritage of Lanzarote. Just 10 minutes from the airport Lanzarote, opposite the Islas Canarias car park and just a 5 minutes walk away from emblematic places in the city like the Charco San Ginés or the Castillo de San Gabriel, Plus Fariones Habitat is the perfect place for a few days' holiday or a business trip. The seafront promenade, which leads to Puerto del Carmen, will become your favourite place for walks or bike rides with beautiful views of the sea.
