Inmo Vera Playa (formerly known as Reservas Vera Playa) offers holiday homes and apartments on the coast of Almería. They are private accommodations, but we offer the advantage of professional management, which naturally includes dedicated service to our guests. Inmo Vera Playa is part of "Holiday Promotion Group SC", founded in 2002, with its headquarters in Torroella de Montgrí (Girona). We have reception in Mas Pinell (Gerona) and in Vera Playa (Almería).

NO DREAMBEACH. Two 2-bedroom duplexes on the first floor (with no lift), 1 ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (there are some steps to access), and 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms on the first floor (with no lift), all private, in Harbour Lights complex (with no lift), in front of Puerto de la Esperanza, in Villaricos. All accommodations have free WiFi, air conditioning / heating in the living-dining room and in the master bedroom, and a parking space in the underground garage of the complex. Harbour Lights has a communal pool (open in summer), a communal jacuzzi and garden areas. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation "Three-Bedroom Apartment". Pets are welcome in the rest of the accommodations (1 pet / booking, with supplement). If you wish to bring your pet you must notify Inmo Vera Playa after making your reservation. Pets are not allowed in any common area of Harbour Lights. IMPORTANT: Electricity consumption up to 15 kWh / day is included in the reservation price. For reservations of 28 nights or more with discounts in low season, electricity consumption is not included. NO DREAMBEACH.

Villaricos is a coastal village in the municipality of Cuevas del Almanzora, and is located in Levante Almeriense, in the province of Almería. Villaricos has one of the most attractive promenades on the Almería coast, two leisure ports and two diving schools, among many other tourist services. At the entrance of the village, next to the castle, you will find Villaricos Beach, with easy access for the disabled, parking spaces, daily cleaning, and abundant vegetation. Its sand and rocks are dark, from old foundries, which attest to the mining past of this enclave.
