Built in 2019/20, each modern single-level villa offers 3 bedrooms (master with en-suite), 2 bathrooms, an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private parking. Relax on spacious terraces, soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a private pool. Baby equipment is available for families. Located in a quiet, newly built neighborhood just 5 minutes by car from Finestrat old town, with easy access to Altea, Vilajoyosa, Denia, Alicante, and beyond. Alicante/Elche Airport is 40 minutes by car (car rental recommended). Guests have full privacy while our local host team is always available by phone for tips, recommendations, and support—perfect for exploring Costa Blanca and enjoying a luxurious Mediterranean getaway. Please be aware that while we do our absolute best to ensure a comfortable stay, as hosts we cannot be held responsible or accountable for circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, weather, seasonal maintenance of facilities, illness, or other unforeseen factors that may affect our guests’ travels. If an issue arise that prevents you from traveling, our recommendation is to reach out to your travel insurance company for compensation for the non-refundable travel expenses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Security Cameras & Alarm System Some of our villas are equipped with security cameras connected to the alarm system. These cameras are only active when the alarm is armed and are used strictly for security purposes. When a villa is occupied, the alarm is off and no cameras are in use. There are no active cameras monitoring guests during their stay.

The neighborhood is new and all houses have recently been build. Balcón de Finestrat is located 5 minutes by car from the old city of Finestrat, and is a very quiet and comfortably area located above metropolitan Benidorm. There is easy access to the highway and from there guests can easily visit other cities like Altea, Vilajoyosa, Alicante, Denia etc. The house is located 40 minutes by car from Alicante/Elche Airport.
