Exclusive duplex in a privileged setting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms, one full bathroom and an additional WC, a bright living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a spacious private terrace with a jacuzzi. Its carefully selected décor and functional layout make it an ideal choice for families, couples or small groups. Upon entering the duplex, a hallway with generous built-in wardrobes leads to the bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The second bedroom has two single beds and exterior views. A full bathroom with a shower serves this floor. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area, which includes a Smart TV, a spacious seating area and a dining table where guests can enjoy meals together. Large windows provide direct access to the outdoor terrace. From the living room, an elegant spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where guests will find a small WC, a laundry room and a large terrace overlooking the surrounding banana plantation, the mountains and the sea in the distance. This outdoor space features a private jacuzzi, a table with chairs and two sun loungers, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the impressive sunsets. The décor has been carefully chosen to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages rest and relaxation. The duplex has been designed to combine functionality and comfort throughout the stay. It includes air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, fibre-optic WiFi, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and laundry area. Free on-site parking is also available. For families travelling with babies, a cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
