Villa Horizonte Sur is an elegant, high-end property, fully renovated at the end of 2025, just a few minutes’ walk from the spectacular white sand beach of Binibèquer and close to a charming village with a supermarket, seafront restaurants, and water activities. Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the villa features a large private pool with complete privacy—perfect for relaxing in peace. Halfway up from the pool, you’ll find a spacious roof terrace with sea views and a comfortable chill-out area, ideal for unwinding at any time of day. The house offers 4 double bedrooms, three of which can be set up with twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower or bathtub), a separate guest toilet, and its own private terrace overlooking the garden, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The common areas include a bright, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen-diner. The living room opens onto a covered outdoor lounge, sheltered from the wind. At the back, opposite the kitchen, there’s an outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a large gas barbecue—perfect for al fresco meals. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped for a carefree stay: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, internet TV, WiFi, and more. Ideal location: the airport is less than 20 minutes by car, Mahón is 15 minutes away, and Sant Lluís is 5–7 minutes, where you’ll find many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
