Our accommodation is located in Premià de Dalt, a charming village in Maresme offering peace just 20 km from Barcelona. Welcome to this bright and cozy space, located on the basement floor of the house, with a main entrance shared with the hosts, a private independent area, and direct access to the garden. The stay features two beds in the main area, a single bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. A spacious sofa is perfect for relaxing or watching the flat-screen TV. Everything is designed so you feel at home in a peaceful and stylish environment. Ideal for couples or travelers seeking a quiet place with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Enjoy private bedroom and living room with access to various TV platforms. There is also parking for bicycles or motorcycles, a private garden with outdoor dining areas, a private community pool with schedule, and laundry service available for an extra fee.
