Rustic house with two floors completely renovated in St Antoni de Calonge. Decorated with rustic style. 1 min from the beach, in a family atmosphere, quiet area. It is a house that gets a lot of light but at the same time it is cool in summer. On the first floor you will have a spacious dining room for these dinners that are so popular in summer. The comfort zone with sofas, armchairs, Plasma TV, games and cards to spend hours playing. Large kitchen with island, microwave oven, refrigerator, induction, bar cabinet, table and the siesta sofa. Large hall, with double doors, alarm and safe service *. You have a toilet and a laundry room. Patio / Garden with sofas and armchairs very chillout atmosphere surrounded by vegetation. I Upstairs 1 bedroom suite, double bed with bathroom, the shower is spacious and built-in, balcony, large built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and has access to a large terrace. WiFi , baby crib available.
