Inspiramar is located in a charming house of 1920 (so there is no lift and we recommend the stay for couples or families with children without baby carriage). It consists of a ground floor and mezzanine floor where Cor de Carxofa is located. A cozy gourmet restaurant and cooking school where we propose you to participate in workshops to learn how to eat healthily and ecologically. Meals can also be served in the apartment (no charge for room service). In a relaxed, quiet environment with the charm of a building from 1920, the lofts or studios have fully equipped kitchen, bed of 1.60, led lighting, and sustainable furniture (such as Karup's large ecological sofa bed). Also highlights the shower with sea views to share as a couple or family (double rain style water outlet)… An atmosphere of white tones and details that evoke the sea and fishing boats. Independent entrance for the apartments. Important: it is accessed by stairs (building totally rehabilitated, but it continues being of 1,920)
We are a young family from Benicarló. Inspiramar is a project of our family, thinking about contributing value to society, with a proposal beyond the tourist business. The rehabilitation of a house from 1920 has not been easy. But we love the result and feel very proud of having restored a part of the heritage of Benicarló! A charming stay, in front of the sea, offering more than a few days of vacation (that too ;)), giving you the possibility to learn new things, relax, and live new experiences with the couple or family, to return to your home fully charged with energy.
Benicarló is an emerging destination, very quiet and not overcrowded. A city alive all year, with an exceptional quality-price ratio regarding services and above all, gastronomy. Apart from visiting its natural beaches, in the north, we recommend the center, the market, its monuments and museum. You cannot miss the cultural and festive life of Benicarló, Peñíscola and Vinaròs, all year round: the carriages of Sant Antoni, the Fiesta and Jornadas of the artichoke, the Carnival, the Fallas, the acts of Holy Week, the August celebrations, the parades of Moors and Christians, las Jornadas del Polp a Caduf (Octopus tasting days) and the Fiesta del Langostino (Kingrprawn’s Day), the Christmas markets, among others. You do not have to worry about where to leave your car or to pay for a parking: in the port area there is always a place, it is safe and free.
