Fantastic private villa 50m away from the Playa Honda sea road, with a heated swimming pool, BBQ area, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, A-C in the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, pool, several indoor patios and outdoor terraces. Sea views from the top floor. Shops, bars and many kinds of restaurants 5 min walking away. Large and sand beach in 2 min on foot. 4 Adult bikes available for free. Pool table and darts. Swimming pool heating: extra charge of 120eur/week
Living abroad was my favourite way of life. For the last 11 years I have been living in Lanzarote, a quite and lovely island ideal for sports. I like reading, cycling, playing padel and work for my house, taking care of my friends.
The villa is in Playa Honda a pretty residential area almost unknown to tourists with the most amazing stretch of unspoilt beaches. The bars and restaurants have to be consistently good and reasonable priced because the majority of their trade is made up of residents. Close to all facilities, bars, restaurants & shops. Situated 10 yards from beach on a six mile flat promenade just a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport.
