Bright and open living space with sunny balcony with panoramic views and comfortable outdoor dining area. After 25 years’ experience in senior management in Financial Crime and Payments, both in the UK and overseas, I left UK at the end of 2019 to assist my wife setting up property management in the Marina Alta, Spain. We own three rental properties in Spain and also assist owners with the management of their rental properties.  Interest and hobbies - I help manage a horse racing syndicate of owners dealing with all aspects of the partnership. La Playa del Arenal de Jávea is the main tourist area and is over 450 metres long with golden sand, palm trees and shallow waters . Sunbed and umbrella rental is available. There are bus stops, a taxi rank and a tourist train. Both the bus and the tourist train run between the old town, port and the Arenal. You can also find watersports rental on the Arenel beach including kayaks, paddleboards, pedalos and jet skis. Just a short walk from the apartment there is a communal pool with swim up bar and gardens at Paris 24 Club de Tennis & Padel L’Ancora with 3 tennis and padel courts, a swimming pool with Chiringuito bar, showers and changing rooms available. The Arenal has many services such as restaurants of local and international cuisine, shops, bars.
