Fantastic, ground floor, corner apartment with 120m² terrace and direct access to the residents´ pool and garden, situated close to the Arenal beach and all amenities. The property is on 1 level comprising: entrance hall, lounge-diner with access to the terrace, kitchen with utility area and access to the private garden, shower room, 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom also has large en-suite bathroom with dressing area. The apartment also benefits from fly screens on all windows and doors, aluminium shutters, fan and hot and cold air-conditioning. Large parking space.
