The house is not rented to groups of friends under 30 years old. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, 2 air conditioning units (located in the hallways and powerful enough for the whole house), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach. There are 4 parking spaces on the property, as well as a parking area for motorcycles and bicycles. The property is step-free both at the entrance and inside, making mobility easy.
