The house have a new owners from the end of June 2023. House provide excellent conditions for 6 persons, but 9 is possible using living room. Cleaning fee is included in each reservation, so longer stay, better price per night. NEWS 2024. New private pool is ready. Fence is higher for better privacy.

OUTSIDE: Bakery where you can eat breakfast is only 90m from us. Just after bakery you will find two restaurants and shop. Next 300m there is weekly market on each Wednesday. Another next 300m there are beaches Playa de Colón and Playa del Pescador with all their facilities including ferry to La Manga. In further distances of few kilometres which you can cover with our bicycles you will find all attraction of Mar Menor, like for examples Mud Baths, beautiful views, hundreds of bars and restaurants, frequently events etc.
