My name's David, We got into the world of Tourist locations in 2018 with the house “Avi Pep” in the center of l’Escala as a complementary job. Soon we added “Ca la Lola” and we took the name of “La Caseta de l’Avi”. Years later we left “Ca la Lola” and in 2023 we took the name of “Mar de Vacances” while we started adding new houses and apartments. All of them at the very center of l’Escala and near the Town Beach. In 2023 we added appartments “Norai” and “Llagut”, in 2024 “Anna” and “Ancla” and in 2025 “Lilou” and “Graham’s Town House”. We wish you a good stay!

Recently refurbished house located in the center of l'Escala and ready to offer you the holidays you're looking for. Two double beds and four singles, one toilette, one bath and a private shower in the upper suite. The nearest beach is only 1min. walk from the house. You can also visit local attractions; "Les Ruines d'Empúries", "Les Illes Medes" and the cities of Figueres ( Museu Dalí ) and Girona (20/35min.) There are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car parks and playgrounds for your kids. You can practice a wide variety of sports like windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving, horse riding, mountain biking or just relax on the beach.

Neighborhood info

The house is situated in the center of the old fishing town of l'Escala. The church and the Town Hall are just beside the house with a calm square between them. Bars and restaurants can be found in hidden places or on the seafront. No discos around.
