La Casa de la Acacia (CAO) is a rural house for rent in the "Valle de Olba" (Teruel) with a maximum capacity of 6 people, located in the center of town, recently renovated, always respecting rustic and modern architectural details at all times. It has two floors, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is located in a quiet street without traffic where you can enjoy a stay completely disconnected, so it does not have WIFI. It is the ideal place for family and friends gatherings or getaways as a couple to relax and fully disconnect. This charming rural house offers you a cozy hall that leads to the terrace with a usable barbecue. On the next floor you will find a kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, washing machine and other kitchen utensils, and the living room that has a large wood-burning fireplace (for an additional fee), all open concept. As well as a full bathroom with all the necessary necessities (hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo) and a bedroom with a large window that offers incredible views of the valley. On the other floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the first bedroom you will find the bed and a small window that can be opened with direct access to the roof (not accessible). The other bedroom has another bed with a large balcony overlooking the wonderful landscape. All rooms have a Queen Size double bed (150x200 cm). In the middle you will find the bathroom that serves the two rooms and also has everything you need. All beds have bed linen and viscoelastic mattresses. All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with radiator heating. They have full use of the house. The town has mobile coverage from: Vodafone, Movistar and Yoigo. Inside the house the coverage is not good, but there is free WIFI service 24 hours a day in the Multiservicio.

We are mother and daughter, and we've taken the initiative to rent our wonderful house in Olba. We love nature and tranquility. That is why we want to share it with you.

The house is located in a quiet street without traffic. Since this is a small town, everything is less than a 10 minute walk, such as the bars, the pool, the river, hiking trails, as well as the school and the grocery store.
