The house features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favourite meals. The tasteful decoration and warm colours create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Step outside and enjoy the shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling down on sunny days. One of the highlights of the property is the large, sunny terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying long Mediterranean evenings, outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the sun.
The location is another big advantage: the closest beach is less than 1 km away, so you can reach the sea within minutes. There are several superb sandy beaches around.
