Just 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, "La Casona"is a typical house of the Cabanyal district, this neighborhood was originally the fishermen's neighborhood of Valencia, where maritime tradition and authentic popular character is breathed. The interior of the house with a modern style, distributes its 200 sqm on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with TV and sofa, a kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, cutlery and crockery, a bathroom and a patio of 30 sqm where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. On the first floor,there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, a sauna, a jacuzzi and also has a terrace of 15 m2. The house is fully equipped, has towels, soap, washing machine, dryer and cleaning service every 7 days of stay. La Casona is surrounded by restaurants and bars, a few steps from the El Grau tram stop. And 500 meters from the beach of Las Arenas and the entertainment area Marina de Valencia.
