Property info

You can stay in an old house built on the 17th century and totally restored. This historic building was the old school and also the Town Hall. The only bar in the town is in the ground floor of the building, and it's open from Wednesday afternoon till Sunday midday. There's a wood stove in each apartment, so you can bring wood or you can buy a basket of logs in the bar (if you come on a day when it's closed let us know in advance).

Neighborhood info

Xiva is a small village in a valley surrounded by mountains and nature. This is a perfect place to get away from the stress and practise some hiking, walk around through the forest or make some of the cycling routes. Our guests always highlight the silence, specially at night. As it's such a small village there are no shops or bars appart from the one in the building (but you can find anything you want in Morella).
