Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

What we love…the Aladdin’s Cave feel of the place, reflecting a bohemian, barefoot travellers’ ethos. The interior walls are awash with jewel coloured paint, brightly framed artwork and interesting artefacts collected by the owner during her travels around the World. Brimming bookshelves pay tribute to an eclectic array of authors and poets, and a comfy sofa area in the lounge provides the perfect spot to read or to sit and chat with fellow guests. Conveniently laid out over one floor, the rooms are spacious, luxurious and cosy all at the same time. The family bathroom is exquisitely decorated with Arabesque mosaic wall tiles (a nod to the Alhambra of Granada) making it the perfect setting for a candle lit bath-time, complete with elegant drinks stand, pretty, light reflecting glass ornaments and Indian wood mirror. Not to be overlooked is the master en-suite, offering a very impressive walk-in shower, iridescent mosaic tiles and a fossil incrusted stone washbasin. Or, the adjoining bedroom with its carved wood headboard, relaxing colour scheme and private access to the poolside terrace. Important Information 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31 nights or more receive a special long-stay discount. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A utilities prepayment will be required, and the final cost will be calculated based on actual consumption. Any unused amount will be refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: According to Spanish law, guests staying more than 10 days must sign a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract.
