A full 120 m² house exclusively for the two of you, designed to disconnect in total peace and privacy. A charming renovated village house where you can enjoy silence, intimacy and natural light just 12 minutes from the sea. It features two full bathrooms, a fireplace, ducted air conditioning and a Smart TV. The terrace and private patio with a small plunge pool invite you to enjoy breakfast in the sun and relax outdoors without being overlooked, in a natural setting perfect for a romantic slow travel getaway.
I’m a French expat who loves a simple life, nature and the little pleasures that make a stay memorable. After many years in France, I found in this rural setting a place to slow down and enjoy what truly matters: silence, landscapes, light, and shared moments. I welcome guests as friends, offering a clean, cosy and peaceful space, ideal for couples or anyone seeking rest and an authentic experience away from mass tourism. I’m always happy to recommend local hikes, natural spots, or experiences to make your stay perfect.
A privileged natural and cultural setting. The accommodation is ideally located, just 40 minutes from Valencia by train and only 15 minutes from the beach. It is next to the beautiful Murta and Casella Natural Park, a unique area offering numerous hiking trails surrounded by unspoilt nature. From here, a greenway leads directly to the beach, perfect for walking or cycling. The area is also surrounded by charming towns full of history, culture and stunning natural landscapes, ideal for discovering at a relaxed pace.
