Villa La Mar (Benissa) is a wonderful villa with sea views and an unbeatable location, just 220 meters (a 3-minute walk) from the sandy beach of La Fustera, fantastic restaurants, and several supermarkets. The villa La Mar is located very close to Playa La Fustera, just 200 meters or 3 minutes walk. La Fustera Beach. La Fustera is connected by a lovely walk with sea views to other beach called Cala Pinets and with an small yatch club called Puerto Bassetes that have a diving center. The villa is perfectly located to enjoy the mediterranean gastronomy as there are two great restaurants ( Beach Club and Mandala) just 200 metros from the villa. There is as well a Gourmet supermarket within walking distance. If you wish to visit Calpe, Benissa or Moraira you can go by bus taking advantage of the very close bus stop just 300 meters from the villa. You can as well make very interesting excursions and visits to the lovely Altea old town, the Algar springs or the Guadalest castle to name a few. There are leaflets in the villa and most interesting a tourism office, a public health center and a police office just 200 meters from the villa.
