Nice loft in the emblematic building Muralla Roja in Calpe, for a total of 2 people (cot for a baby). The flat of 70 meters has all kinds of amenities to make your guests' stay unforgettable. It is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace. Photography and recording for commercial purposes are not permitted. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the host. Starting from December 2, 2024, Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect detailed information about our guests, such as the length of stay, personal data, and financial transactions, and report it to the Ministry of the Interior. To simplify the check-in process, we use a digital third-party service on this platform. The aim of this regulation is to prevent illegal holiday rentals and tax evasion, as well as to enhance data sharing at the EU level.
