Corredor Mató is a real estate company that offer’s Rental, Sale and Management. We have specialized in the tourist sector since 1960. Nowadays, the third-generation family manages the company. Our offices are located in Tamariu and Llafranc, the centre of the Costa Brava.

The villa is place on the state El Cau of Tamariu, 500 Metres far from the beach of Tamariu and only 100 metres far from the sea, in a very nice area and surrounded by a wonderful garden and a nice terrace. Nice private pool of 10mx5m, with covered terrace. The house it is a little rustically inside and is composed by large dining and living room with terrace and with a TV and DVD player, big kitchen, washing area with dishwasher and washing machine, three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, one bedroom with three single beds, and one bathroom with shower. Two outside parking places. Capacity: 11 people. **There is an extra charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.
