Spacious, bright, and fully furnished apartment in the center of Gandia. It features a large living room, a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an interior patio (patio interior). Air conditioning is available. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families looking for comfort and a central location. Please note that pets and parties are not allowed. All guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in. I don't issue VAT invoices. NO Wi-Fi

The apartment is located just 15 meters from the main pedestrian street Passeig de les Germanies and steps away from the historic center of Gandia. Shops, restaurants, banks, and all necessary institutions are nearby. The bus stop is 100 meters away – from there you can easily reach the beach. Free street parking is available but hard to find. For your convenience, there is paid parking 100 meters from the apartment. Gandia offers a wonderful mix of culture, beach, and delicious local food.
