A house on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by nature, on a 6000m2 fenced plot with a swimming pool overflowing with a beach and a volleyball field, with incredible views of characteristic points of the Valencian community, appreciating the Aitana peak, the Monduver, the Benicadell and the caroig from the enclosure. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature, with many trails to walk and incredible water routes, all less than 20 minutes by car.
