This modern and beautiful south-facing apartment is located in the heart of Orihuela Costa – La Zenia urbanization in residence “Marco Polo” with a private patio with dining and relax areas, with an access to the communal swimming pool, within a walking distance to La Zenia Beach (8-10 minutes) and La Zenia Boulevard (3-5 minutes), variety of restaurants and bars! This house is the ideal place for a relaxing time out by the sea! La Zenia Boulevard & Beach House is equipped with everything necessary, at guests' disposal are: a fully equipped kitchen, a hob, an oven, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dish-washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer. You may dine or relax on the private terrace with plenty of sun! Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating modes, free underground parking. The house is 57 m2 and the terrace area is 33 m2. The house was constructed in 2019, has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed (recommended for 1-2 children), 1 bathroom with shower, a large patio with a garden furniture relax in private.
