Canarian style apartment on one of the oldest streets in the city. Excellent location. Windows of the living room and kitchen overlooking the ocean. 3 beaches including the famous LaArena and a natural rock pool within walking distance. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes. There are SUPER DINO, LIDL and MERCADONA department stores nearby. Next door is the central square with free wi-fi where all local holidays are celebrated, play in the evenings with children and go in for sports. The apartment has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms are inside the apartment with a bed for two and two separate beds and 1 living room with a big TV and with a sofa that converts into a bed, and there is also a separate bed for the baby), a spacious corridor with comfortable armchairs, a kitchen with washing machine, microwaveand and shower with a toilet. There is also a separate additional classic mattress from the bed.

The house is located in the resort area. The nearest small beach is Playa de Santiago 130 meters from the house, the famous Playa de la Arena beach is 800 meters from the house. Near the house there is a central square on the ocean, where there is free city Wi-Fi, as well as a green area with sports equipment and a beautiful view of the ocean. On the main street Av. Maitima Puerto de Santiago near the house there are all possible services for tourists. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car for free at the end of our street (100 meters from the house) or on the other side of the house in a free parking lot next to the central square (200 meters from the house). Near the central square (200 meters from the house) there is a public transport stop. Buses provide direct access to other popular resorts and beaches (Abama Beach, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje).
