If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and a personalised and close interaction with the host this is your place. Large and cozy apartment located in a very quiet beach, surrounded by the rice fields and with the Albufera Natural Park in your backyard. Ideal for a long walk along the beach or around the farming fields and for enjoying the Valencian cuisine. Valencia City is located just over half an hour from the house and in less than 10 min you can find the towns of Cullera or Sueca counting with all the services you may need. Large 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a large terrace with sea views. The main room has a 2 m long double bed, two other rooms have 2 single beds each, one of them with 2 m long beds, the last room has a small double bed. It counts with a large covered and private parking. The house is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a home-like getaway. Wifi included

Mareny Blau is mainly a second residency beach area with a relaxing atmosphere. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere and off season it is almost like a private place for you.The urbanization offers: • Tennis courts and other racket-related sport courts, swimming pool. • A variety of restaurants mainly open during summer and weekends in spring. There is a minimum service the rest of the year. • A small convenience store which opens from Easter to early sept. • There is a very popular bakery just 15 min walking which opens all year round. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere but never overcrowded as opposed to the most popular touristic areas and during the rest of the year it is priceless to enjoy such an exclusive and secluded beach with an amazing weather and still counting with everything you may need in less than 10 minutes by car. Approximate distances by car: • Valencia: 30 min • Albufera: 15-20 min • Mall with Carrefour, cinema, restaurants etc Regular bus service in summer, 2 services during weekdays in winter. Very recommendable to come with car.
