Very cosy apartment in a locked community, so it is safe. There are two pools opposite from the flat in a nice garden. The view is cool and calm with slight wind tunnel. It is very enjoyable. If you have kids, you can leave them at the kid pool and you can drink your coffee on the terrace while easily check them. If you are a digital nomad, you can work on the terrace with calming view. The parking is free next to the apartment outside, you can check your car from the room. The apartment is very comfortable for max 4 persons, furnished (bed and sofa) and equipped kitchen (washing machine, iron, cattle, coffee maker, dishes, microwave oven, oven ) and bathroom (shower, toilet). There are two fans and AC-s. Ask, if you need more....
There are free parking for the flat's owners. But you can catch bus to the center as well. Mercadona, Chinese shops, bars, restaurants in 3 mins by car, 10-14mins by walk. La Zenia Boulvard (hiper shoppingcenter) in 8-10 mins by car, 20 mins by bus. La Zenia beach in 12-14 mins by car, 30-35 mins by bus.
