We have a 24-hour emergency service for problems that arise in our apartments. We can inform about activities and events in Benidorm and surroundings. Building situated on the first line of the Levante beach in Benidorm, with unbeatable views to the beach and the sea, sunny all day long. Situated close to the centre and next to Europa Avenue, in one of the most sought after areas of Benidorm. There is no parking available in the building. We can offer private parking in a nearby building for rent. Subject to availability. Reservation is required. It is a residential building of flats of private owners, it has no reception, you have to pick up the keys in our office.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.

Guests booked on the same day of arrival may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in.

Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when collecting the keys.

Outside of these hours, keys will only be given to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
